so CL can't be creature cast? only on things facing you?

I think using CAST CREATURES won't work. You have to TARGET CREATURES when prepping the spell to have it do that. Should just be normal CAST after your are fully targeted. The example on epedia's target command page is exactly what you're looking for.

Powerhaus did some pretty extensive testing of 3.0 water interactions (before ee, I think).
