Meeting minutes for Tilamaires, day 24 of the month Lormesta in the year 5112.

Members in Attendance: Nattor, Anta, Kizalia. Ranpalandil and Kupaka on the amunet.


Anta says, "So lets start with the house accounts"

Anta says, "Rasti withdrew a large number of notes and placed them in the officer's cabinet for distribution in future games."

Anta says, "Ranpalandil made a donation of 15,000 silver and I deposited 25,000 silver."

Anta says, "Our balance stands at 331307095 silvers."

Anta says, "In other news, our hot tub is now functioning as a pool again."

Anta says, "Next month, on the 13th day of Fashanos we will be hosting an archery contest and a raffle in honor of the day of Voaris and Laethe."

Anta says, "The raffle will be for a remarkable piece of history. A sword once owned by the Ta'Ashrim, donated very generously by Kizalia."

Anta says, "On the 19th of Charlatos we will be holding a gambling game, involving incredible silver prizes or horrific painful death via spikethorn."

Anta says, "Or other prizes for that matter."

Anta says, "The gambling game will be held at our Sylvarraend annex, as part of an event being held by the Dreadnaught Alliance"

Anta says, "On the 22nd through the 25th of Charlatos we will be holding a four day long membership drive."

Anta says, "Kizalia has come up with a fantastic idea during the drive to have a table of cobbling wares for sale, to shod the feet of weary travellers."

Kizalia says, "Perhaps Ran and I could even take orders for custom shoes from those that attend or purchase wares."

Ranpalandil: [Willow Hall] "Yes, that sounds good, and I can turn in all my reciepts from the tanners across Elanthia."

Anta says, "Soo as part of our membership drive, also an idea by kizalia, we would like to invite all of our members and officers to join in a little competition."

Anta says, "You would make a pledge of how many prospective members you could introduce to willow hall and get to join in one month."

Anta says, "Those with the most members joined can win prizes or silver, we haven't worked out the details yet."

Anta asks, "Who better to recruit new members than our current membership?"

Anta says, "Moving on.. next week is our monthly Sylvarraend meeting."

Anta says, "Sabreon will be joining us to discuss his offer of membership to the Dreadnaught Alliance and to answer any questions you may have."

Anta says, "No word yet on the Icemule Annex, though our prize closet items are being worked on currently. There was an issue with a few of them but we think they have been worked out."

Anta says, "Speaking of which we are still looking for prize closet ideas for next month's submissions. If anyone has an idea of something they feel would be a great prize to receive at one of our events, please let us know."

Nattor: [Willow Hall] "I also suggest we think of some non-ranger themed things besides runestaves."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "This is true. We have lots of rangerly themed prizes but we want to appeal to everyone."

Anta says, "Our next item of business is the current meeting time."

Anta says, "Though we held a vote and the vote decided to hold our time at 8:30 pm elven, those who voted for that time slot have not shown for any of the meetings."

Anta says, "We have, however had more than one request to push the meeting time back to 9:30pm Elven."

Anta says, "So starting next week, we will be pushing the meeting back to 9:30 pm Elven. This will be announced in the meeting minutes and also written on the blackboard."

Anta says, "Also regarding meetings, the officers decided that we would like to try holding the first meeting of the month on the day of the huntress."

Anta says, "First meeting of the month will be held at 9:30pm on the Day of the Huntress, the rest of the meetings will remain 9:30PM on Tilamaires with our final meeting of the month in Sylvarraend."

Anta says, "This will allow those who are busy during the week to attend a meeting a month, those of us who are busy the weekend's to attend the other meetings and those of us that reside in the nations to continue attending the final meeting."

Anta then adjourned the meeting.

Ranger spell imbeds would make good prize items. Ranger theme appealing to non-rangers.

Jeaf, We've got a wristlet currently with 602 in it and in production we have a necklace with 601. We tried 606 but it is not allowed, likely the same for 618 :( That leaves us with a few other options though so we can definitely look into that for the next round of items. Thanks for the suggestion :)
