Meeting minutes for Tilamaires, day 27 of the month Charlatos in the year 5112.

Members in attendance: Great Lord Taveron, Anta, Lord Kyorf, Ohnus, Lady Lyracellan, Ranpalandil, Llanawin, Kizalia. Alexys, Phever, Nattor, Kupaka on the amunet. Special guests and prospective members: Lynis, Leiri.

Anta says, "Welcome everyone, lets get this meeting started."

Anta exclaims, "Sooo this past weekend was a huge success!"

Anta says, "So far this month we've welcomed 14 new members I believe."

Anta says, "These include: Danno, Lindreah, Lyracellan, Kyorf, Izaebel, Laerlyn, Fulton, Sanurah, Sabreon, Slocan, Kelestra..."

Anta says, "Dreaer."

Anta says, "Lolleia and Elarinya."

Anta says, "I'd love to extend special thanks to Ranpalandil, Nattor, Kizalia, Alexys, and all of our members who made it out to our events."

Anta says, "It wouldn't have been such a success without you."

Anta says, "Also thank you so much to Ohnus for your many raffles."

Speaking to Anta, Ranpalandil exclaims, "And you, I know you did a lot of work to make it great!"

Anta exclaims, "Upcoming events!"

Anta says, "We are having a bounty help on the 7th of next month."

Anta says, "It's on a Feastday at 10:00 P.M. Elven."

Anta says, "And will be in front of the Adventurer's guild in our tent."

Anta says, "To our newer members, we team up with other houses and help locals with their bounties."

Anta says, "Skinning, foraging, hunting, escorts. That stuff."

Anta says, "On the 14th of next month we will be travelling to the warm sunny Teras Isle."

Anta says, "We're going to be playing a game of ranger roulette with the locals there in front of the hogpen tavern."

Anta says, "So if you're feeling adventerous and itching for a little travel I'd recommend you come along."

Anta says, "The 21st will be another bounty help in the landing."

Anta exclaims, "Treasury!"

Anta says, "Rasti replenished the notes in the officer's cabinet, we inducted 14 new members, and we bought a whole slew of prizes. Leaving our account at 319867896 silvers."

Kizalia says, "A reminder about the contest to design the Alliance structure. Entries are due by next week. There's details on the bulletin board."

Kizalia says, "Sabreon has advised me that they are planning a festival for the month after next. He wants Willow Hall to host two events. So we'll need to get thinking on that."

Ohnus says, "I will be clearing more room in my lockers so more raffles."

Ohnus says, "I will be sending some for raffles in mule this month as well."

Anta says, "Oh good, I'll need those before the last of the month so I can have them set up."

Anta says, "Alexys also volunteered to help."

Anta led discussions about current events in Solhaven and River's Rest.

Anta then adjourned the meeting.
