Recent orc incursions has put residents of the Shining City on edge. Due to the valor of the Sapphire Guard and defenders, casualties have been minimal, and has driven back the orcs. All denizens are called on to remain vigilant, and be on alert for the return of these interlopers or any other trouble.

It has also come to the attention of the Sapphire Guard that there are rumors concerning the source of these attacks. An investigation is underway, and the Guard asks all loyal citizens to report any information it may have concerning those responsible for the attacks.
