I'd like a way to either have a flag to block whispers or possibly have a demeanor set that would block them. Like how cold/reserved blocks visible whispers(It also blocks people from getting to close to inspect worn items), it would be nice if either one blocked all whispers from the person. Some people just have too much to say!
