I've recently started alchemy (as a wizard). For one of my trinket tasks I need to do make something using simmer. The only recipe I have for trinkets is for sleep dust. It requires "powder solution", which I can't seem to order at the guild. Is this a recipe I may have missed at an earlier rank? I'm at rank 5 right now.

Any help would be appreciated!

I forget which one it is, but there are a few flasks towards the beginning of the list - it's one of those.
