I can't go check for you (rather, I don't want to travel to Wehn), but try Potter's Field (zombies) near tree spirits. There are also two rooms near Anwyn Canstle where you should be able to find this particular combination -- west, and west and southwest of the Lough Ne'Halin housing community (Lysierian Hills map).

According to the maps, those are the only rooms with the right climate and terrain (and region) for the combination you're looking for.

Maybe someone around Wehn can check one of these spots for you.

I found some conflicting information, so try Luinne Bheinn and the Laith Bheinn areas of the Mine Road (Wehn) map just in case.

Okay, further:

From what I saw, there is nothing shadowy in Potter's Field. Liath Bheinn has shadowy mountain wolves. The area around Voln in Pinefar has timber but nothing shadowy. Luinne Bheinn has silver-tipped companions, and it's pretty much all mountainous, so rock and cliff.
