I could be mistaken, but isn't 1701 supposed to block all dispels?

As this log clip shows, I got hit with a dispel (from a bandit black crystal) which properly stripped the 1701, but then also stripped a bunch of other spells. I was under the impression that some NIR had said that is 1701 activates and gets dispelled, no other spells would be stripped.

Suddenly, a tiny shard of jet black crystal flies from the shadows toward you!

The crystal shatters against your body and releases a pulse of anti-magic!

The brilliant, rapidly shifting aura around you shimmers and bursts in a bright flash! <<< 1701

The brilliant luminescence fades from around you.

The silvery luminescence fades from around you.

You feel your extra strength departing.

Your SIGN OF WARDING is no longer effective.

I thought it was explicitly stated that it would prevent all spells from being dispelled in a mass dispel. I'll have to check the old posts to find it, if it's not too far back.

Yeah... I think if a level 1 spell could neuter two level 30 spells (or their alchemy equivalent) that would be grossly overpowered.

I don't know if this "effect" was fixed or not yet, but I was dispelled with Spiritual Abolition with Arcane Decoy running and it removed elemental spells along with it. No spiritual spells were dispelled. I think Elemental Disjunction had the opposite effect.

This should now be resolved. Thanks for reporting it.
