You trace an intricate sign that contorts in the air while forcefully invoking Limb Disruption...
Your spell is ready.
You gesture at a triton magus.

Warding failed!
The triton magus's right arm explodes!
She loses her grip on her longbow, which falls to the ground.
The triton magus is stunned!
Cast Roundtime 3 Seconds.

(most folk keep a bow in their left hand to fire, Magus use their right!)

I assume you are talking about characters in Elanthia. IRL, I hold a bow in my right hand, and draw with the left. Of course, this means I have to get a reverse-handed bow.

Not that is matters in the game but

I am right handed but I use a bow left handed because I am left eye dominant.

I only noted this as when a PC puts a bow in their alternate hand there is a significant penalty to AS + DS...if a magus switched hands what would happen?

In real life I hold the bow with the left hand and draw with the right. I'm right handed and wouldn't be able to get the pull with my left hand. Of course, it has been years since I played around with bows...

That is alot like the recent Troll Maidens in Valor that uses a staff as there physical attack, ( I assume two handed) but once disarmed had a much much harder swing bare handed with there claws.
