Since Holding Song/1001 used to be single-target, and then got made multi-capable when Mass Holdsong/1008 went away...

And since there are times when you actually do not want to try and affect multiple targets (which you always will, up to your limit by Song knowledge)...

I see two possibilities from the 'Evoke' changes resulting from the ELR on the GSWiki:
- Either I interpret 'evoke' as being to trigger the multi-target-version ('group') of the spell...
- Or I interpret 'evoke' as being to trigger the single-target-version ('bolt') of the spell...

...could we change the implementation so that between 'cast' and 'evoke', one is the open-cast that we have now and will affect our target creature + additionl to Song limit, and the other is Single Target Only?

(And, of course, since it's a single-target cast: valid for Runestaff flares.)
