Maybe that counts as an environmental effect? Otherwise it probably just got lucky and passed the hidden check. The messaging for this isnt the best even when you avoid it. I thought it was just fluff messaging at first.

That was my other thought. The elemental isn't attacking directly but causing an environmental effect to occur which 319 might not be capable of blocking. Of course if 319 does indeed block environmental effects I'm sure Krip will find a rude way to tell use that too.

I bugged a similar issues regarding huge lava golems and their maneuver (lava glob attack?). It too bypasses 319 and doesn't subject them to a check until they attempt a more conventional form of attack.

This should now be fixed.
