** Specters of the Past **

As the Ebon Gate Festival approaches once more, we would like to see what specters can be
spotted around the Isle of the Four Winds. Design a phantasm that may haunt Mist Harbor
for the time surrounding the Ebon Gate Festival. The ghost should have a short description
following the 15/15/15 format as well as a description when frightened observers stare,
petrified with fright (SHOW description)! Additionally, you should design three
interactions that the spirit could have with the visitors to Mist Harbor.

Here are the requirements:
1) Short 15/15/15 description of your ghost.
2) Show description for your ghost of no more than 511 characters.
3) Three interactions OR ambient messaging your specter can do. Include 1st and 3rd
person messaging for any interactive verbs.

Entries that do not include all three requirements will not be considered eligible.
Contestants have until midnight PT on November 7, 2015 to get entries to me.

Ten winners will be chosen from the submitted entries.

Like all Premium Monthly Contests, entries are subject to change based on the discretion
of the GMs and QC. Entries will be judged during the second week of November. Jainna
will not judge this contest except in the rare case of a tie. The winners will be
announced as soon as possible afterwards. Jainna reserves the right to make any changes
to items that she or QC deems necessary.
