I'm going to have to miss the Palestra training and fashion/footwear presentations tonight, more than likely, so I hope someone can log these. I don't want to miss a minute of any of it, but my husband's all, "Didn't you already geek out the last two nights?" and wants to go out for a bit.
Sparegris, would you mind sending me a copy of the logs from last night also? I pretty much came home from work, ate dinner, and fell into bed yesterday evening and missed both presentations. From the little I gleaned from some quick conversations this morning, some very odd retconning went on and I think I'd like to read what was actually said before I quietly seethe.

These are what i caught of the dances, Clean logs to follow tomorrow.
Fast dance:[target] is you dance partner, and only works when in group with them.
Bow/cursty, smile, stride right, sashay left [target], push [target], dance [target]
Slow dance:
turn [target] go [target] sashay behind [self] (i am sure i am missing a step here)

I did not scrub this one as close as my last, as there was a lot of helpful whispers and such going on. Also some of you more familiar with VERBS may see one that i missed. My knowledge is limited in that regard.
Thank you for posting these! Edited or not, it's great to have a look back at stuff I was able to attend and get a glimpse of things I didn't. Speaking of which, I hope there will be longs of the poetry and songs I heard about and of the wine and cheese tasting. I'd been a bit under the weather and just napped through everything I wanted to see at the Symposium yesterday.

Slow dance: Sarvyis says, "So lets all move to the left then men around lady and then lady around men."
Men: stride left [target] (not sure for males but sashay [target] may work)
Women: sashay [target], turn [target] go [target] sashay behind [self]

dance log posted. I cleaned it a little more but left in command lines that show the dances, so you can search for > and see the moves.
We go to so many balls where we all stand around and stare not sure what to do. There are verbs which are cool and adding smiles and actions in with them can make a wonderful presentation.
I attended a ball years ago where I had no idea what to do until two PC's took the dance floor, Jacinto and Tanager. They had worked out a wonderful dance together with smiles and actions. I was RP amazed.
I hope the small basic dances I put together will be embellished, added to and used at events. The Faendryl will now be Rp leaders instead of wall flowers.
