Are you casting it while in a group?
I know the intent is not to allow for 'group spell' or 'spell other' benefit without. . . supplement. But solo, no, I don't think I've heard or understood it to be that way. 925 is the only Wizard Spell list spell I remember having outright restrictions.

Well the odd things is, if you cast it solo, or in a group. Everything appears normal as if you just cast the spell normally. But the spell never shows up in SPELL ACTIVE in either situation. I would expect it to not apply the group benefit, but it currently seems to just not be castable at all.
