ATTENTION! ATTENTION!

At exactly 4:01pm 4-1-14 anyone with Wehnimer's Landing citizenship can go into their locker and WHISPER LOCKER and randomly gain temporary access to another player's locker contents for 45 seconds! Currently, ALL locker access has been turned off until the Locker Lottery time, so players cannot empty out their loot before hand. So get your heavy backpacks ready for a treasure grab!

Players with 120 ranks of Mental Lore: Transference have a 13% chance of pre-selecting a player's locker contents. A syntax example is: WHISPER LOCKER ARDWEN.
