This account (LizardClan) has been Basic since, I believe, September of last year. I'm thinking of going premium again.

I was away for many years, but I was Premium for several years running.

If I go Premium again, do I really need to wait another 90 days for a private home?

Before I left GS about five years ago, I had a deed in my pocket waiting to "claim" my house. Before I left, I'd just never found a spot I knew for sure I'd want.

Upon returning almost four years later, my deed was still good and I was able to claim my home right away, thus circumventing the 90 day wait. In fact, I wasn't even aware of the 90 days wait until after I'd started setting up house and reading the ingame help associated with it.

So, I suppose if you know you have an absence coming up that will go to the extent of home loss... settle up with the realtor and have a deed for claiming ready for your return.

I'm curious as to the Why of the wait time? I suppose in Zul, there isn't exactly a Land Rush to claim a plot- but maybe in 4 winds, or other more popular spots it's just to ensure property isn't tied up in deactivations or downgrades?

Someday... it'd be nice to have small or limited "locker" type features for our home. I stocked and stocked on firewood only to find it was gone when I went a month later to actually light up my heatsource. Or perhaps a desk or bookshelf that could store a couple books or writing paper. Or maybe a cabinet to store candles, or a wine rack for the obvious. A wardrobe to put clothes in that would be protected against system crash. (Maybe a weight limit and restricted to containers like a cloak or pack?) I realize our homes shouldn't become locker-overflow but some items I actually would only use in my home. Where else would I use my comfy flannel nightshirt?

Homes are awesome! And I loved customizing it, I just wish it could "feel" a bit more interactive other than pushing furniture.

Aha! Thank you! It took me a while to get the dust out too, Home save for this, as well, then. Thank you! Basically I should Home Save after each visit? (If I use or move anything?) I'll just get in the habit.
