I'm glad I poked around at back posts before I was going to post about this bug... which is still happening.
Elven paladin, invoking and casting 203 off scroll doesn't take mana, invoking off scroll and summoning specific bread-type does take mana.
Any feedback from NiR's about this?
They'll get to it shortly after monks. RSN...
