Phillip Hinkle is a state legislator in Indiana who supports the full panoply of government imposed Christian morality.
The Indianapolis Star reports that Hinkle attempted to hire a 20 (18?) year old male prostitute from Craigslist who apparently had never worked as a prostitute before. When they got to their hotel meeting place, the young man decided he didn't want to go through with it. When Hinkle refused to let him leave, the young man called his sister (yes, his sister!). When the sister showed up making a lot of noise and threatening to call the police, Hinkle allowed the prostitute to leave with his sister and gave them his Blackberry and iPad to try to shut them up (dumb move). Predictably, Hinkle's wife tried to call her husband, but the prostitute's sister answered the phone. Oh the drama that ensued.
I sort of like the sister. She unhesitatingly (and quite forcefully, according to the article) threw herself into a potentially dangerous situation to rescue her baby brother from his own foolishness.
