I've wanted for a long time to create a second paladin. The one I have swings two-handers, and I have a bunch of characters who are OHE users, so I am pretty set on this one using blunts. I've tried a Vaalor Elf and a Half-Krolvin, getting each one up to about level 12, but for various reasons neither one worked as a character for me. So last night I tried the idea of a giantman paladin, and as I played around with Tsoran's spread sheet trainer, I remembered why I did not go that way before: stat placement for a giantman paladin is really hard. But I still like the idea for this character best. This is what I came up with for stats so far:

I think you've placed strength a bit high. I grows so fast and even at a lower stat your bonus will be larger than nearly any race. I would try and optimize it a bit, something like this.

I like those stats for most builds. You can only max 4 of the 5 slow stats (dex, agi, aura, log, int). Of those, I suppose int is the least painful. My only worry would be RT in the early levels. The above is good for a sword/board paladin. If I was going two handers I would drop inf to 20 and move those 14 points to dex and agi. That should move it to -2 RT from stats and make him fast enough to use a maul or mattock.
