It seems like I was able to find this at some point but now I can't.
Is there a list of SF macro commands? These differ from script commands such as using \? for a variable instead of %1 and using \p instead of pause.

Ok, I found it. It is listed in the Avalon macro pop-up.
\n - Send the command.
\p - pause 1 second before continuing.
\x - Delete the contents of the command line before continuing.
@ - Place the insertion marker here when done.
\? - Replace this with the contents of the command line before starting.
