My first one, believe it or not, in nearly 9 years!

an enruned glass wrist guard: Heavily enruned over the surface, the glass wrist guard is slightly cracked and appears to be a cloudy grey. Upon the underside of the guard, a tiny amber eye is affixed to the glass.

I'm assuming 1750 with several charges since my bard couldn't get any more out of it. Doesn't seem to have any zests or anything. :)
