When GSIV first started, I noticed that the system was putting out feras swords of the THW variety, bastard swords, two-handed swords, flamberges, bidenhanders and so-forth.

I also noticed that this has stopped in the last couple of years.

I am curious if there is a reason as to why this is the case.

Is there some limitation on how many of these objects can exist in the game (in the case of hoarding)? Was there only a finite number of them in the feeder? Were they deemed too powerful/unneccessary? Is it something else?!

It's amazing what people will do when they think you can't see them.

It seems to me, although I've nothing to support it, that the variety in feras weapons slowed down dramatically when the treasure system was updated. I very rarely find any two-handers other than mattocks.

They also used to gen nice looking feras weapons. I haven't seen one in a LONG time. I really wish they didn't nerf/fix that system.

I second this, especially because there are no standard polearm feras weapons, only the fancy ones were available.
