Can we get a chance at a deity cycle on 302 based on lores?

Maybe have an option to convert 302 to purely deity-specific by EVOKEing it?

Give it the ability to only consume 2 mana when used on misaligned targets (Smite on Living, Bane on Undead) through Lore?
