I think I need to redo my cleric's training. He's not very effective at hunting right now.

2x lore is costly. Only do it if you really, really, want the utility the lore gives you, because it does hurt your combat capability.
You have no CMan, which hurts your UAF, I'm not sure how critical CMan is for UAC, but the AS from CMan is pretty critical for weapon use at your level.
Are you running 102? That will dent your UAF quite a bit if you do have it up.
At 55 you are about to run out of targets to smite, you'll likely hit another wall in your 60s if you put everything into that path.
There's a slew of cleric releases due over the next couple weeks, some of which are supposed to give better options to mid level clerics, so I wouldn't do anything final until after those are out and the training implications of them can be assessed.

Hmm, I don't recall exactly what my cleric was like at 55, but I capped using THWs. The weapon was a secondary attack form, however; I'd freeze everything with 316 before whacking away. Why do you have so many MnS spells? Drop some and get more clerical ranks to up your CS. And blessing lore? Drop some of that in favor of religion lore. Makes spells like 316 and 335 more effective. Post cap, I dropped the THW and picked up brawling instead, but not to be able to use UAC; I just wanted the extra DS. With an open right hand, I get a channeling bonus, and I can't be disarmed or hit with weaponfire.
I could theoretically use a sai or troll claw, but my CS is high enough I can pretty much clobber anything just with spells.
