Thanks to our wonderful web staff, we now have a map available for the Jirkirl's Hilltop. There's a small version and a large one. Here are the links:

Note that this is only a map of the main festival grounds. The areas for the actual games are out on the fringes of the main area. We've left those for you to explore!
