I've been testing this, and found that glimaerstones work to give it the acuity flares. But I tried several different colors, and they all produced flares of only 1x (+3 CS) while the item was advertised at auction as 6x (+18 CS). Does the acuity bonus vary by gem type somehow, or is this some kind of bug/oversight? It's otherwise a nice staff, but if the acuity flares aren't of the advertised strength it becomes much less attractive of an option for my cleric.
