currently have 29 strength, 23 agility, will raising either one of them one point give me min rt on a 21 stone broadsword?

I'm no expert on stats, but depending on the balance, raising agility should put you close to the minimum RT if not at it.

i needed 26/26 str/agi on a 21 stone f/f broadsword to get min rt
