You see your reflection surrounded by a dim glow as if a flame lurked just out of sight.
You feel a jolt as your vision snaps shut.
Its been like this for a few days. What's wrong with me?

Sorry if this has been asked before:
I'm fairly new to the guild as was curious what the different states of the inner fire where. In other words, when I meditate on a flame, what different messages will I see and how do those relate to the inner fire level. (I hope that all makes sense).

- Surrounding your reflection is a brilliant aura of pristine quality burning outward at twice your height.
- Surrounding your reflection is a brilliant aura of beautiful flames extending nearly twice your height above your body.
- Surrounding your reflection is a brilliant aura of flames that extends over your height again above you.
- Surrounding your reflection is a brilliant aura of flames that extends nearly your full height again above you.
- Surrounding your reflection is a brilliant aura of beautiful flames extending a little over half your height again above you.
- Surrounding your reflection is a brilliant aura of beautiful flames extending out around you about half again your height.
- Surrounding your reflection is a bright aura of beautiful flames extending out around you just beyond the reach of your arms.
- Surrounding your reflection is a bright aura of beautiful flames extending a quarter of your height above you.
- Surrounding your reflection is a bright aura of beautiful flames.
- Surrounding your reflection is a small aura of beautiful flames.
- Surrounding your reflection is a tiny aura of beautiful flames.
- You see your reflection surrounded by a dim glow as if a flame lurked just out of sight.

Meditations to boost stamina and defense ('Stone Skin,' or some such) are unlikely. We have Berserk Stone/Steel and Roar Steadfastness for that. ALL berserks raise multi opponent skill, so a meditation for that is unlikely, too.
A meditation to end berserks sounds very nice. To be fair, not being able to retreat when berserk makes sense both in RP and in balancing issues. However, requiring something risky (like kneeling in combat with significant RT) to end a berserk prematurely would be both balanced and make sense, and here's why.
I only ever want my berserk to end for two reasons. The first is when I'm surrounded and at risk of dying. If I am surrounded by, say, four leucros and getting my butt kicked on my FEET, I'm not going to KNEEL to try and end my berserk. I'll die for sure. So the balance penalty of not being able to retreat when berserked is upheld, because ending it when you're in trouble will not be a very feasible option.
The other reason I'd want to end a berserk is when I'm done training. I'm sure it has happened to other people before. I've skinned three bundles of blood wolves and want to sell the skins, but new wolves just keep coming. I'm in no danger of dying, but my berserk JUST WON'T END. This is especially true when I'm back-training. I don't know about anyone else, but I find it fun to berserk in goblins or dusk ogres and kick butt with a weapon I haven't trained much. At least.. I would, if I could end the berserk and retreat when I'm done.
Very good idea. Get rid of the inconvenience of berserk without making it an unbalanced ability that people (well, reasonable people) will whine about.
