So I was playing WoW last night and went to learn First Aid. So I ask for directions from the guard in Ironforge and head over to the infirmary where I go upstairs and talk to someone...named Nissa. Her greeting was something along the lines of "Here, let me show you how to bind those wounds."

I thought, hmm...where have I seen the words Nissa and bind together before?

Did DR come up with Nissa's binding or is the name Nissa associated with healing in history or something? Just kinda struck me as interesting.

Oh, I will...I know I'm gonna get bored of it eventually. I'm just in a mood to learn a new game system. That and I really like voice chat. I wonder if there would ever be a way to implement it in DR. Too many people on dialup, though...

That's pretty funny.

Kind of makes me wonder who all on the WoW dev team was a DR player...Or if there's some obscure historical figure I haven't been able to find a whit of information about. Wikipedia and Google have failed me if the latter is true.

I remember thinking that exact same thing when I tried to teach my caster first aid. I stuck with paladin the whole time though.. something about being a healer who can still kick some serious behind just hooked me.

Hurry and get to level 45...thats where it gets repetitive. In Booty Bay its like every single quest is the same as the last 50 you just did. So..stay up ALL night 3 days in a row, get there then come back to us!

Actually, paladin at level 45 was when I ended up leaving WoW too. Yeah, it gets repetitive, and it gets PAINFUL.
