Nominations are open for Branch Guardian! Please contact the officers of Willow Hall with your nominations for the position of Branch Guardian (Co-chair). Nominations will remain open until the next day of the huntress (Friday, the 28th).

There will be NO formal meeting next week due to the opening of the Ebon Gate Festival. However, we encourage members who are not attending the festival to meet up at our Spirit Night tent, grab a loot sack and fill it with goodies from our tent and all of the other houses tents! Many thanks to Phevar and Kizalia for providing us with some fun new treats.

Meeting minutes for Day of the Huntress, day 21 of the month Jastatos in the year 5111.

Members in Attendance: Oary, Mamu, Kizalia, Anta, Ohnus, Nattor, Aisalt, Landrat, Ranpalandil, Rasti

Guests and Prospective Members: Noata, Miaehia

Landrat called the meeting to order.

Landrat darkly says, "I tinks dis night we starts wit what be mostest importanrt first, de election of our new Willow Guardian."

Landrat announced that Anta had won the vote for Willow Guardian. The group proceeded to the Clan Ceremonial room and invested Anta as chairman. She then recited the officer’s oath and resumed the meeting upon returning to the Fireside Room.

Anta says, "So we got our new pantry items." "Also our Spirit Night tent is up, as well as our new spirit night treats and trinket.” "Also we got our new wave of prize closet items completed." "I purchased a number of the new prize closet items to test them, see if we got everything we asked for."

Speaking to Rasti, Anta says, "I deposited the funds back into the account."

The items purchased were given to their designers, with the exception of the longsword which we spun for and Mamu won. If you have designed a prize and would like one, please contact an officer. Alternatively, if you are an officer and have not received your prize closet design, you may purchase it from the prize closet.




Speaking to Kizalia, Anta asks, "Care to tell them what we discussed with Alyias?"

Kizalia says, "Alyias said that he may have our leaf game ready in time for the festival." "And that he was working our decorations, souveneir and other items we requested for the event." "He's going to have everything set up the night before our first event." "The raffles, decorations and all."

"The bow could not be made from fireleaf.""It would have cost 294 million silver." "And we though Rasti would say no."

Rasti says, "You're damn right."

Aisalt softly asks, "Fireleaf is that expensive?"

Kizalia says, "Well, it's not allowed on bows." "But that would have been the cost." "Also, the same with the runestaff." "While cheaper than a bow, more expensive than we wanted to spend." "So the runestaff to be raffled will be kakore." "The bow will be yew."

Anta says, "Both items will still be six times enchanted."

Rasti says, "The yew sighting will make that a much desired item."

Kizalia says, "He's also started building the tree house in Sylvarraend."

Rasti asks, "Okay so tickets are 1 million a piece aye?"

Kizalia says, "Bow raffle tickets are 50,000 each." "The runestaff tickets are 25,000 each."

Rasti asks, "Umm what was the quote on the 6x yew?"

Kizalia says, "He said approximately 2m."

Rasti asks, "Hmmm 100k on the yew?" "Think about it..."

Kizalia says, "I think it's too late to change the prices for the tickets. They were shown on the plans before we requested them."
Rasti nods. Rasti says, "I'll buy 20 tickets myself on the Yew."

Landrat darkly asks, "Limited one per, I hopes?"

Kizalia says, "Yes one per person."

Rasti says, "Damn..."

Landrat darkly says, "Good."

Kizalia says, "And they must be present at the raffle to win." "If not, we're spinning for it." "With our new spinner pin."

Anta asks, "Alright then, Aisalt I believe you had an announcement?"

Aisalt softly says, "Ok... As the Officers here know, I am resigning as Chancellor." "Its been a decision that was hard to make but there are other things that our family wishes to pursue." "I'd like to recommend Selvan for the nomination for Chancellor when the time comes. He's been very active working with me in setting up a very good panel of judges." "Its been wonderful serving all of you and I still will continue to support Willow Hall to the best of my abilities."

Anta says, "I'll second Selvan."

Rasti says, "Thank you Aisa. Ive enjoyed working with you as well."

Landrat darkly says, "Tanks ye all, if I amy, M'Lady Guardian, I would likes ta open de nomination fer Branch guardian, unless ye wanta ta wait on it."

Speaking to Landrat, Anta says, "At your leisure."

Landrat darkly says, "Den to opens dem I wish to nominate Kizalia as branch Guardian."

Aisalt softly exclaims, "I second!"

Speaking to Kizalia, Anta asks, "Do you accept?"

Kizalia says, "Thank you, but I'd rather not."

Anta says, "On the topic of co-chair I would like to nominate Ohnus. He has a fine head on his shoulders and wants great things for the hall."

Rasti says, "I second that."

Speaking to Ohnus, Anta asks, "Do you accept?"

Ohnus says, "Of course i do same as any other." "And thank you all."

Anta says, "Nominations will remain open for one week."

"Alright then. Any other business to attend to?"

Rasti says, "Parliament has a report."

Rasti recites:

"Parliament has completed its deliberations and our recommendations concerning the officer duties have been submitted to the officers of the Hall."

"If they are found acceptable we recommend they be incorporated in the revised Member Handbook."
"As this completes the tasks set before Parliament we formally close this session."

"Thank you for letting us be of service to the Hall."

Anta asks, "Alright then everyone nice and drunk?"

"I hereby adjourn this meeting and recommend a house hunt to minotaurs."

The meeting was adjourned and Mamu led Nattor, Anta, Kizalia, Noata, and Ranpalandil on a house hunt to minotaurs.
