Meeting minutes for Tilamaires, day 6 of the month Charlatos in the year 5112.

Members in attendance: Rasti, Alexys, Ranpalandil, Kizalia, Anta and Nattor. Kupaka on the amunet. Special guests and prospective members: Dreaer.

Anta says, "Let's begin with a reminder of upcoming events."

Anta says, "On the 16th of this month is our treaty signing with the Alliance."

Anta says, "We will be holding a game of Lucky Strike at 8 in the evening that day, with the treaty signing at 9."

Anta says, "So Nattor will be coordinating the game of Lucky Strike with Kizalia."

Anta asks, "In addition to those events, the alliance will be holding other games and events throught the evening. Kizalia would you be so kind as to include where they can find a list of the events in the meeting minutes?"

Anta says, "The following evening, the 17th, will be a bounty help night."

Anta exclaims, "The 22nd through the 25th is our big membership drive!"

Anta says, "We've already got off to a great start by inducting Sabreon and Kelestra."

Anta says, "Kizalia has brought Dreaer along tonight as a prospective."

Anta says, "Rolton races, Ran has a foraging class, he's treating armor with spikethorn resistance.."

Anta says, "Ranger roulette, our resident cobblers Kizalia and Ran are taking custom orders, and we'll have special cobbling supplies for sale."

Anta says, "Archery."

Anta says, "The ranger scavenger hunt."

Kizalia says, "Lucky Strike."

Anta asked for pledges. Ranpalandil pledged to recruit three new members; Kizalia also pledged three and Anta pledged two new members.

Anta says, "Next month on the 14th is our Ranger Roulette game in Teras."

Speaking to Ranpalandil, Anta asks, "How is the house shop looking these days? Still plenty of space to fill up?"

Ranpalandil says, "The first room has space."

Ranpalandil says, "The other two are stuffed with arrows and blank magic stuff right now."

Ranpalandil says, "Think I've brought in about 177k since we expanded it."

Rasti recites:

"OK we have 329,825,594 silvers and 50 IPs."

Anta says, "Scrimge awarded us our 2 from last month bringing us up to 50."

Anta says, "However."

Anta says, "He expects the Icemule annex to be completed by the end of this month."

Rasti says, "Now the Alliance Annex ..."

Rasti says, "We should have a contest I think."

Anta asks, "So what should the terms be for this contest?"

Rasti says, "Room design 3 touchables one which must contain the treaty document."

Rasti says, "3 atmospherics."

Rasti says, "And winner gets choice of the prize closet."

Rasti says, "Also we reserve the right to adjust the design."

Anta says, "By the next quarterly request."

Anta asks, "As far as adjusting the design, I think it would be best to discuss it with the designer first. We wouldn't want to take someone's idea and pick it apart into something they never intended. What do you guys think?"

Rasti says, "Having picked apart many designs I agree."

Ranpalandil says, "But you will want to reserve final say."

Rasti says, "I think we should we may get some great concepts but poor execution."

Rasti says, "Needing some polish."

Anta says, "I think making it open to the Alliance is a great idea."

Rasti asks, "And how does the Alliance communicate?"

Anta says, "We can post it on the bulletin board."

Anta says, "Prize closet stuff might be done in time for our membership event."

Anta says, "No promises though."

Alexys says, "I think this house was always built and focused on the power of the members."

Alexys says, "I embrace your membership drive, and love it."

Alexys says, "I believe that our next month, should be focused on members... but just not new, but old."

Alexys says, "I think that while we reach out to new members,we should also seek out who else is roaming the lands... perhaps they lost their way."

Rasti asks, "A few left for good reasons at the time Alexys... are we willing to mend past hurts?"

Alexys says, "I think there are people like me..."

Alexys says, "I lost my way for a bit, but I am back, and my love for our house is immesurable."

Alexys says, ""I love that we are involved with other groups, but we need to get out there and boast about how great we are."

Alexys says, "This house has amazing potential."

Alexys says, "We now have a contact with a very active group with our alliance... which can only lead to more."

Alexys says, ""I say lets call on our original members that we can...."

Alexys says, "I am sure we all know some, as I know I do."

Alexys says, "And embrace our newer members."

Alexys says, "And seek out those who need a place to call home, our new Alliance members."

Alexys says, "And take back the enthusiasm and excitement that we had."

Alexys says, "I think that this team here, can do that."

Alexys says, "And honestly... and I know that Rasti, Ran and you Anta... can speak for me."

Alexys says, "I haven't had this much enthusiasm and support for our house in a long time."

Alexys says, "But I do now."

Alexys says, "I love this house, and I think we can build it back up, and our membership back up... with this team here."

Alexys says, "My heart is with this house, and I will do whatever it takes to make it greater than it is now, and get our membeship soaring again."

Alexys asks, "So what do we all say, can we do this?"

Anta says, "I think those are great goals."

Rasti says, "I think we can make it happen."

Speaking to Alexys, Anta says, "Thank you for taking the initiative, I think if there is anyone that is the perfect person for spearheading this project, it would definitely be you."

Anta says, "Given your history with all of our older members."

Alexys says, "Thank you Anta, for giving me a moment to speak... I am thankful for the opportunity."

Dreaer was inducted as a new member of Willow Hall. Kizalia and Ranpalandil tested the new cobbling materials provided by Scrimge.

Anta then adjourned the meeting.
