Hey guys,

I'm looking to use my fixskills to change from Two handed weapons to a one handed blunt and shield build. Septus is currently level 63 and I'd like to try to be fully 2x in CM. This leaves me with enough points to 1x shield/dodge or 2x shield/no dodge. Any ideas what would be best?

Also, I'm looking at picking up some of the shield maneuvers..which one works better..bash, or charge.. and what shield type is best for these?

Thanks,

- Kevin

Thinking on it, if my previous post wasn't clear, Dodge should be an afterthought when considering more shield or armor ranks.

And I would really try to be sure and be singled in spells. 1635/130 is almost doable at that level. At least go to 120 if not 125.

I love using 125 during invasions (I'm in plat, so it's less an issue -- most folks are usually grouped up then, anyway, so collateral damage is usually not an issue).

"collateral damage" -- Kyrion, on Call Lightning/125

Errr... used to be, the only target that this spell could possibly hit, was the one cast at. Has this changed?

Not to my knowledge. If the monster leaves the room the cloud will become inactive. Do critters cast it? If so, maybe their version functions differently.

Isn't there some fun to be had by using 125 on enruned/magical boxes? I know it can reflect back on the caster, maybe bystanders are in danger as well.

The only "fun" to be had occurs if you are a masochist. The bolt will inevitable bounce off and hit you. Death often results.
